I for one was worried because I didn’t know what to expect, but Dr. Cunningham made sure I was comfortable and at ease with everything that needed to happen! My first visit to Dr. Cunningham’s office was very positive. His receptionist, administrator, and assistant were all very friendly, informative, and easy to talk to. Dr. Cunningham was very thorough. I had a bicycle accident as a child that chipped my front teeth and caused lasting damage and constant revision of dental work causing me to be extremely anxious about going to the dentist. I was finally at a point where I needed implants for my front teeth. I met with another practice for a consultation and after hearing about what my temporary teeth would look like for approximately a year during the implant process I left in tears and never went back. I met Dr. Gazdeck for consultation and he and his staff were extremely friendly. When he saw me anxious and emotional about the plan of care and particularly what my temporary teeth would look like because I work in pediatrics (talking with patients daily), he thought outside the box to come up with a solution that would allow me to be comfortable and confident smiling during the yearlong process of getting implants. He compassionately worked harder and made his plan require more planning, more revision... so that I would not leave his office in tears and be confident enough to smile. His temporary solution honestly looked better than any crown anyone had made for me. During the yearlong process, the whole staff was wonderful, friendly, and accommodating to my busy schedule. My final outcome gave me a smile that is better than I could have imagined. Dr. Gazdeck has a commitment to his patients to get as close to perfect as he would want for himself. He is a problem solver, an artist, and his friendliness makes the process enjoyable. He should be your only choice for implants and makes the most complicated cases look easy. I will forever be grateful.

What first comes to mind is competent, caring, professional, and friendly. Dr. Cunningham takes great care and pride in his work. He is very precise and makes sure that all work is completed to exacting standards. Every crown has fit perfectly. The office makes you feel welcome and that you are being taken care of by professionals.

The team is very professional, very friendly and welcoming. Both Dr. Gazdeck and Dr.Cunningham are top-notch dentists. The office is super clean and infection control safety measures are followed (i.e. hand washing and cleaning surfaces - very important to me as a healthcare worker and the Covid pandemic). I have to say that this place is 100% the best dentist office I have ever visited. The Dentists onsite (Dr. Gazdek) for me and Dr. Cunningham (Owner) are top-notch. They really treated me with great respect. They listened to all of my concerns and issues and addressed each one with absolute professionalism. The time and care Dr. Gazdek took with my teeth, all while explaining in terms I could understand, was outstanding and very appreciated. The Staff here is also top-notch. The very second you walk through the doors you feel like you are home and very welcomed, I have never seen this kind of Customer Service in a Dental/Medical facility, and that in itself will bring me back here. Thank You Very Much for taking care of me and my needs and treating me like family, I will see you this fall!!

I have been going to Durham Prosthodontics since 2001. The folks there have always been very professional, helpful, and kind. It is a very busy practice, but no one seems rushed, yet I have never had to wait more than a few minutes to be seen. I feel like I get excellent care. My visit today was no exception. Highly recommend.
