All On 4 is a revolutionary concept providing patients with fully functioning teeth on dental implants in a single procedure.

Originally developed by Nobel Biocare, this merging of knowledge and technology allows for more precise implant placement and lessens the need for more invasive and costly surgery. A patients smile, speech, and function is restored immediately with fixed teeth where they can often resume their normal activities soon after the procedure.

The knowledge to deliver oral implant reconstruction treatment requires extensive training and expertise. Drs. Cunningham and Gazdeck have years of experience delivering this type of treatment. They have not only completed this type of specialty training but, they are board certified, they teach in specialty graduate programs, and they lecture nationally to dentists who wish to learn more about the treatment.

The technology to deliver this type of treatment starts with a consultation. During this consultation, Drs. Cunningham and Gazdeck will perform a thorough examination and collect information. Information is collected in a variety of methods: the exam itself, photographs of the patients face and oral structures, computer scans of the mouth, and a x-ray called a Dental Cone Beam CT Scan. This information provides three-dimensional images that can be used with computer software to enable the doctors to perform diagnostics and treatment planning without the patient. Drs. Cunningham and Gazdeck will then put a specialty team together that can meet virtually or in person to plan the implant placement and restoration, again, without the patient being there.

The doctors will then meet with the patient and inform them of their findings, educate the patient on their options, and facilitate the decision-making process regarding treatment. This type of diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient education allows Drs. Cunningham and Gazdeck to achieve world-class results.
